Volt, ripoff bad people to work for Southfield Michigan
This is the most unorganized company that I have ever worked for. The only thing they care about is how they can proffet the most from there workers suffering. Any time you queston them all they do is threaten to terminate you. When my yearly review came up they put it off for over 6 months, then when they finally decided to do it the customer agreed to give me a raise for i am a hard worker.
But volt said they could not increase my wages to what the customer said and refused to retro pay me for the back wages from when my review was suppose to take place. Don't work for this company if you can help it they are only out for themselves.
