Your company is completely missing the mark on your sole purposelol. Selling plus sized women, junior sized clothes and then refusing to own up to what you are doing, is an option I am sure many women could do without. You are completely not living up to your companys mission and will have short lived success with these types of business practices. If had just not liked the item, I would not have complained but to completely misrepresent what you are selling now that is UNACCEPTABLE. I compared the clothes sent to me to other large sized clothes in my closet and they are considerably smaller. I will do everything in my power to ensure no other customer is treated this way, and will warn anyone who will listen of my experience. If you are buying clothes from China and selling them to American plus sized woman without notifying them, your practices are in fact unscrupulous. I will no longer contact you directly and will from this point on communicate through PayPal, and whatever other channels I have to in order to get a resolution to this problem. Enough is enough of you scammers.
