volvado purchased a watch (omax series) for 5.95 until my credit card statement showed additional $95.00 charged with future additional watches to come. would not remove the money however cancelled future orders. internet
Internet advertisement for a watch for 5.95, purchased and used my credit card. It arrived after several weeks and when my credit card statement came it showed an additional $95.00 plus i had to purchase an additional 4 watches over a several month period. None of this information was mentioned in the advertisment. when i called the company i was told it was too late for a refund, (i called as soon as i got my statement but delivery of watch took time which was carefully planned). However they cancelled my future watches.
