Get in contact with the corporate office, such as the "Director Of Operations" Try and get some fax numbers at the corporate office and start sending faxes. I had a problem with Qwest with a disconnected phone line that "couldn't be restored." Completely their mistake. Within hours of a very consisely written letter, no profanity, no fluff, no emotion, just THE FACTS. My phones with their original #'s were back in service. I quoted their corporate terms of service within the fax and stated that their was only one solution that would be acceptable. IT WORKED!!!!!!!
