I ordered video services from VTI from a direct marketing received from their company called: VTI. The address on the application I received shows that VTI is located at 3308 Route 940 Suite 104-310 MT. Pocono, PA 18344.

I did some research on VTI but I didn't find any negativity with the exceptions of a few complaints and found other names that they had used before calling themselves VMI.

Therefore, I thought it was safe to send my application along with a United States Postal Money Order in the amount of $353.00 dollars.

I chose (VTI "VIP Edition" - Level 4.) This is the highest level they offer that includes everything from level 1, and comes with fifteen custom videos, formatted and posted. In addition, level 4 comes with an additional video posted each month for 12 months.

One more benefit VTI claims is that VIP edition members will be able to receive telephone assistance and not just email. 

So far I feel cheated that VTI has not attempted to reach out to me to provide services rendered or give account details such as User name or any Passwords to me so that I'll be able to monitor the progress of my application. 

VTI has my complete data, my first name, last name, mailing address, email address and my phone number.  In addition, all my data it's on the application and the data is on the money order that I sent them as well.

I've attempted to reach out to VTI by phone at (877) 400-6767 but it's just a recording with a sale pitch. I have tried sending a follow up letter to the same address on the application that is written below:

The results of my follow up letter is that...

A few weeks later my follow up letter has been returned with a yellow sticker that reads:

"Return to sender" Vacant "Unable to forward."

So at this point I have a feeling that I've been cheated by a dishonest individual mailing deceptive direct marketing and running away with my hard earned money. 

I can understand if VTI is in the process of moving out but VTI needs to reach to me and notify me with the new mailing address for future reference.

Now my question to VTI is...

How come my money order hasn't been returned and only my follow up letter has been returned. It seems VTI was able to manage and forward my money order to their new address and VTI just sent back my follow up letter. How clever or sneaky can that be!

If VTI doesn't respond it just seems VTI has kept my hard earned money / postal money order for $353.00 dollars. VTI needs to response now. Why VTI hasn't response at all. Lets keep in mind banks don't place holds on money orders for 30 days. 

It's about time to stop hiding and it's time to start providing some answers right away along with an apology for not responding.

Please I beg the owners of ripoff report to help me recover the funds or get some answers from VTI.

My hard earned money needs to be recovered or VTI needs to come forward and come up with some answers or fulfill my request or prove that my videos are being posted and my account has been opened.  

Again, VTI by not responding it seems to give their prospective cusotmers the feeling of being cheated or scammed.

In addition, it feels that VTI has sent me a deceptive direct marketing and ran away after collecting my money order.

Ripoff report states:  "Don't let them run away with it." Ripoff Report Please help me get some answers from VTI. 

I have all the documents to support my claim such as a Copy of money order of $353.00, money order stub and receipt of purchase that I paid in cash.

Dear VTI…

I’m reaching out to you for the following reason:

I submitted my application dated July 30th, 2018. As of the date of this letter, I haven’t received any information on my new account.

In addition, VTI hasn’t sent me any emails, phone calls or any information at all.

 

Please look into it and send me notification as soon as possible. Please, I urge you to take ownership and provide information right away.

On my application I chose VTI “VIP Edition” Level 4 that includes everything from level 1, but with 15 custom videos formatted and posted.

 

Level 4 VIP includes an additional video posted each month for 12 months plus telephone assistance not just email.

 

Please keep in mind that I included a “United States Postal Money Order” in the amount of $353.00 dollars for the VIP account.

 

Payment breaks down as follows:

 

$348.00 dollars for VIP Level 4

$5.00 dollars for priority processing

Total amount included is $353.00 dollars.

 

Please take it into consideration that it’s only fair for you to communicate with your customers right away. Even with the additional $5.00 dollars of priority processing included, I still haven’t heard anything at all from your end. Thank you, I’ll be looking forward hearing from VTI soon.
