Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This Wachovia Bank has charged me $235 when a direct deposit was in my account, but they decide to process that last until they got all of their fees from me. I have no gas to get to work and no food.

I have been yelled at on the phone and told my account is closed, put on hold only to be told, SOrry it is BANK POLICY. First it was $140, which caused the next $70 to be taken out and then finally another $35 all in one week.

Finally my paycheck was deposited but by that time so many fees had been taken out I have no money. Thank you Wachovia for explaining you "bank policy" about 5 trillion times and taking my money without another look.

Do not use Wachovia, they do not need any more customers and should be out of business. Guaranteed they will be like B of A, when they started charging ridiculous amounts of fees, they lost many branches because no one wants to loose their money.

It's not just numbers on paper, to me it is my life and I work very hard to feed my family, but thanks to WACHOVIA I can not work this week which will only put me in the hole even more. THANKS WACHOVIA!!

I have had the same problem with several excessive charges from Wachovia. The answer is to cash your check and do not bank at all. If the check is made out to Wachovia then they have to cash it. If you have too pay 1% at the liqour store to cash. If I charged my self $35 dollars every time I had no money in my wallet I would be very rich or with the banks help be very broke. I found out the hard way. I tried using the ATM card instead thinking the card would tell me if there is no money in my account. I was wrong about that too. You dont need Banks or the FDIC to county your money for you. Cash your check, pay your bills first and then withold what you need. You dont need to wait for bankers hours or listen to bakers comments to handle your money. You are entitled to every penny of it and they are not. Stop giving it to them.

Did you ever ask yourself why the bank charged you these fees? It happened for a reason. Don't spend more money than you have and you will not spend your whole deposit on fees.
