I HAVE REQUESTED ASSISTANCE 5 TIMES and NOTHING!
According to BOTH my account snap shots below you keep OD my account way after the fact and this is NOT right you owe me the$22.00 from 12/21 back as well as the $15 from the 22nd and the $35 from the OD fee as there were NOT any fees on my account when i made the w/d and you added them after the fact on 2 separate days. !
You owe me a total of $72.00
If this is not rectified this week we will be sending in complainants as we have snap shots of the accounts that these are being done to as well as have copied you below as to what information we were given at the time w/d were made the BBB we were told to contact the BCI as well as the Virginia banking authorities. As well as any other investigation services we can.
This is pertaining to this account as well as my other account on banking practices for your bank when cash is deposited and customer told it will be applied immediately and your bank waits to deposit it until the next day you caused me an OD of $140 and if the teller would have just told us if we used the ATM it would go instantly we would have done this, this is NOT good or Fair Banking Practices. Almost , well maybe can be classified as theft we will see if we need to take things to customer service help at a state or national lever. We have had it.
And do NOT give me some 800# to call as we have tried that many times and stuck on hold which only makes the situation more frustrating then they tell you oh, we can not help but we do see what your talking about but you have the wrong department the bank can not help you, 800-WACHOVIA - (800-922-4684) here call this number then his #0#0 to get through faster and then you still sit on hold. NOT customer friendly. When i get a fee for something i did then that's understandable but this is NOT right what your doing.

The mass of protoplasm with their gludius-maximum between their legs having less intelligence then the vacume of space must be someone engaged in the questioonable practice of being a lawyer. Read what the bible says about them. I bet you have read ALL contracts BEFORE you agreed to them. Be it computer program or bank statement.

The $15 fee is for processing a wire transfer into your account. It will post imediately after the wire transfer during the processing that starts at midnight. So during the day, your available balance would have included the $15but whenit was accessedyour withdrawal caused the balance to gonegative. Additionaly if the $52 was a wire tranfer there will be a $15 fee accessed on that aswell. The fee is listed in your Schedule of Fees & Services you got when you opened your account. And is also shown online. When yougot the wire tranfer routing numbers did you ask if there would be a fee? Basical all banks are ow charging a fee forany additional service. So people that never paid fees before will now see fees accessed. The only exceptions will be accounts that require high balances to avoid the fees.

whatever they want, because they control the banking system, the U.S. government, & Wall Street, in my opinion.
*Anyone can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts and see that Wachovia Corporation appears in 'Chart 3', correct?
Wachovia/Wells Fargo also has $17 Billion in 'secret life insurance policies' on its current & former employees.
*Just 'Google' the following and read the related articles for proof-
BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES
WACHOVIA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES
In short, the Federal Reserve is above the 'law', and is permitted to do whatever it wants, in my opinion.

While it isjust aboutimpossible to tell what your RipOff is based on what you wrote. If you look at the on-line listing you posted(which by the way was never meant to be a method to manage your account), YOU are in the wrong.
Between 12/14 and 12/20 you had two deposits bringing your total account balance to $620.94
On 12/20 you had 2 Withdraws for a total of $635. That put you overdrawn by $14.06 and as a result the charged you a $22 overdraft fee. That is totally valid. Aday later there was another transfer to bring your account to $0.00 and another transfer of $52 which apparently is to cover the other 3 transfers out. That is IF that is all of the transfers that need to post.
Now, I don't know what you have and have not edited because I am sure they didn't make that note about when the overdraft fee was assessed. But you seem to be doing a lot of transfers in/out of your account and if you are not keeping accurate records in a written register along with your low balance you will continue to have issues.
With all of that said it appears your issue started with the Wire Transfer Fee that was assessed. Free Checking only refers to "monthly service fees", it does not apply to other fees that may be assessed. This Wire fee is pretty standard and if you read over the fee schedule of your account you would have found out that this would have been charged, and should have accounted for it.
