The architect of Wachovia-Wells Fargo rip off home scam is a monster name Juan Enriquez working out of the Wachovia office in San Antonio Texas. His Modus operandi is to write home owners intimidating letters and sending his goons to your door demanding entry to inspect your property without proper due process of law. Next he will alter your Loan documents to make it look you agree to accept $3000.00 as relocation money, while handling over the keys of your home to him. For every home he forced foreclosed on, he received a a hefty commission from the bank. This piece of s**t phone number is (210) 338-4030 and uses the Fax (800) 313-0892.
