I ordered two items on April 29th. The funds were taken from my account and I was told in 7-10 business days the items would ship. It is now THREE months and the items are nowhere to be found and I have been told by various representatives (about 30-40 EMAILS, FB and IG messages) that the items have not even made it into your inventory. I spoke with Stephanie today (7/30) and she said your return policy indicates NO refunds.
I do not have items to return as the items have NEVER shipped because they were never in stock to begin with. Stephanie also indicated the inaccuracies on your website are due to it not being updated accordingly. A transaction has occurred, I gave Waistshaperz about $75.00 for a product. Had the product SHIPPED and I had been charged, I would understand the refund policy but THE ITEMS HAVE NOT shipped and I HAVE BEEN charged.
The resolution to this problem is simple. I would like my full refund for these nonexistent items so I can put this matter to rest entirely.
