as said on one of my annual evaluations, "billie is a perfect example of wal-mart culture"

now i have been given a decision making day for editing time.

i did not edit time, i merely lined up the EXISTING punches.

i never added not did i delete any punches. no one in management or even higher up at home office seems to understand what i am talking about. i have urged Leroy Schuttes and Bob Manfils with the home office to present this to a person who knows how to finalize payoll. i have worked for wal-mart for three years now and have always had excellect (100%)stars not only in personnel but on my safety team as well. all of my evaluations have been rated, "exceeds expectations."

i have taught approximately 10 different associates to do payroll as well and if i am doing payroll wrong then i assume they are also. i was given no proper training, i was not told that i was doing this incorrectly for three years, i was not written up, nothing until i was FORCED to leave personel. this is my job, this is my career. PLEASE someone help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes, i did get my job as personnel manager back, i did get paid in full for the 6 weeks that i was off of work while the ORIGINAL investigation was ongoing but at what cost. i at first experienced retaliation for the things i told and said during this open door issue. i am now being harassed on a daily basis. i am currently under approximately 5 investigations. i call the ethics hotline on a weekly basis. i don't even get a call back at this point, not even a response. clearly, if they had anything against me for real they would fire me. I NEED A LAWYER THAT WILL HELP ME WITH THIS.

okay, i did get my job and position back, but at what cost. I cry almost on a daily basis over the grief that i am getting from management. I have been called to the office more than once a week to discuss something else that i am doing wrong. I was never called to the office before this problem (open door issue). today, I left work early after I found out that management had been collecting statements on me. Now it seems as though someone overheard me talking to my sister in law and they were offended by a word that they heard me use. The district manager informed me today that he will take my statement on monday and turn this all into the legal department. He said that the legal department will make a decision on my continued employment. I NEED A LAWYER !!!!!!!!!!
