Wal Mart Super Center using visa gift cards to make purchase cash register froze and cancel out my money on cards would every one i spoke to would not return calls Wetumpka Alabama
I was in Wal Mart in Wetumpka Al. July 17 to purchase a TV. My bill came to 750.00. I had a number of 50.00 Visa gift cards when the fifith card was scanned it froze the system. They worked with it an hour or more then said I had to come back the next morning. The person they told me to see was not even scheduled to work, they were just trying to get me out of the store. I had to speak to the manager all he said was that he was sorry that I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for the cards to be made good again.
In the mean time my tv is on the blink and they have my money. I told him he could have the gift cards and wait 3-5 days and put my money on a wal mart gift card but he was not willing to do that.
I called the district office explained my problem and they would not return my calls and I called Monday morning and spoke to some one that said the money was put back on your cards, no one called me and told me this. I will have made 3 trips to this wal mart to get a tv I live 20 miles away that is 120 miles I have drove to get a TV.
