Wal-Mart Oil Free Oil Change Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
I just read a rip-off article about Wal-Mart that was just like my situation. I went to Wal-Mart for an oil change, they told me it would take twenty minutes and it actually took over 2 hours. They were not that busy, they just wanted to lolly-gag. I watched them the entire time and they did all the work from the underneath pit and they kept glancing over at me as if I should not be watching them. When I received my car back, the radio was set at a decible to blow out someone's eardrums and they left heavy black grease marks all over my white hood.
I drove home very unhappy which made me suspicious about the work, so I looked under my hood to find that there was only a 1/4 of the oil that there should be in my car. So I added the necessary amount of oil.
I decided it was pointless to go back and complain, because there are a bunch of morons that work there and that I would just never go back. I would let everyone know about my horrible experience and not to use Wal-Mart for any auto services ever.
Moral to the story like the previous complaint said, just because it is a bargain doesn't mean its good. I would rather pay more money somewhere else and know that I am getting what I pay for!
