wal-mart accident. sent me to work with back injury abused & mistreated live oak Florida
Accident Was standing in front of a electric cart talking with a customer who brought a electric riding cart back I was hit in
the back by a row of carts that was being pushed by a electric cart that was operated by a new employee.They sent me to a workman co. DR. He told me to be off till he seen me again. and workman Co. call me up and said to be back to work .
The workman co DR. change the order. I was in a lot of pain.The dr had set me up to have a M.R.I.When I was half way through they canceled the test.
Wal=mart Ins.Medlink.I went back and had the MRI. it read that I had a mild bulge at L1-2 and L3-4 I'am in a lot of pain and they sent me back to work.as of 3-28-2002
all employes should be trained acording to what their jobs dictate that should be done as well be safe at the same time all rules dictate this at all times in all aspects of our existence in this work work place as all others. All employes should be when hurt on the job be evaluated by a independent specialist who has no connection to the company that they work for or knows the employe or employer.
