Wall-Mart Cell phone protection plan fraud Marion Indiana
Purchased an extended warranty plan for 39 dollars. On a 299 dollar cell phone. Now to use the warranty they claim we have to pay an additional 39 dollars. Even says in the agreement paperwork "no deductible".
