Jeff Wallace is a fast talking coward who isn't capable of completing the jobs he takes on. He moves from job to job robbing Peter to pay Paul. No true knowledge of the business and he subs out everything and then takes money off of the top!
Jeff Wallace is a temp agency at heart. He hires You-Tubers and "a" professional. Takes his cut and then pays his crew...sometimes!
He's slow paying his crew and some do not get paid at all. He's a dream seller. I agree with the aforementioned comment and customer. The tile jobs are horrible nor does Jeff care about the quality of work.
He talks a good game but his performance doesn't match his verbal messages. All of the other reviews I've read sound fabricated and unreal compared to the multiple experiences I've had. All customers call him back for repairs and improvements.
If you use him, you'll call him back too!

Ripoff Report is not a valid forum for anyone seeking dispute resolution. Ripoff report is a forum where cowards with malicious intent can go and post defamatory reports and make false assertions of fact.
The anonymous coward who posted this report is someone who did not qualify to work for my company as an employee or sub-contractor and chose to air his grievance in this manner.
A discerning buyer does not rely on sites like Ripoff Report; rather they screen a contractor using reviews from verified purchaser and consumer advocate sites. My company is A+ and accredited with the Better Business Bureau. We are service providers with Amazon.com, where we are rated 4.3 out of 5. We are rated 4.81 out of 5 on HomeAdvisor. We are also rated 5.0 out of 5.0 on Thumbtack.com.
My company has been in business since 2004. In 2014, we completed 134 projects and had only one complaint, which went to the Better Business Bureau and was dismissed because (details can be seen and the Dallas BBB site). My goal is 100% customer satisfaction and that is mostly achieved by having qualified, satisfied employees and sub-contractors.
I have and will always stand behind the work done by my company.
