Wow?!, after so many years with Greendot credit cards, the introduction of Walmartmoneycard was a lifesaver.I've been using these cards for personal use for a long time, either buying special needs or through ebay under paypal, buying items for my trucks or my sporting hobbies, now on January 23, 2012, I went to my Walmart that was only 2 blocks away to reload my card and guess what, I'm reloading $260.00 and it was blocked off, I thought it was just a jilt, so I went ahead and use my other card and it had the same response, okay then I'll just go to another location and try again, same thing happens, so going back to my car, I decided to call them at 1-877-937-4098.

After the recordings and pressing in the numbers, I finally get to talk to somebody, someone of a different heritage with a different accent, but the english was fair and understandable with a few repeats.

The man on the other end tells me that I do multiple reloads and under their user agreement and the law which I asked what was it, they never told me, that I will be terminated from using greendot and walmartmoneycards indefinately.

So by February 6, 2012 walmartmoneycard and greendot will be no more, I didn't know what to say or what I did wrong, what did I do wrong??

The block was removed that night and I went on to reload the card at my walmart near my home, I questioned the Manager I have seen these many years I've been reloading this card, and she was shocked to hear such news, everybody reloads here almost everyday, why did they pick on you?

I would surely like to know that too.

Out of a hunch I called them back to get some answers, since they were closed at 1:30am my time, I had to wait a few hours to call them back, do they have anybody that can speak clear english, its hard to understand what they are saying when I talk to them.

Well this is a real freaky situation, upon talking to two people, Women be as that, they gave me the same answer except  that we us walmart card holders can only reload 3 times a week, I wish I knew that, how come Walmart never had a sign saying a limitation on reloads and why now do they terminate me, I guess they don't want my business anymore and be warned how many reloads you make per week, cause I haven't seen any sign saying "3" reloads a week.

I had requested for the agreement and the "law" as they call it to be sent to me at the ending of my agreement on the 6th of February that expires my accounts with walmart and greendot, if no such paper is with my refund, I will take action..
