Walmart Connect Charges exceed amount advertised for on-line services And couldn't give a damm about taking money that didn't belong to them to make a profit Scammed in Orl Brisbane California
Walmart has a reputation for claiming that they are family oriented company. We were frequent shoppers and had no problem with using their internet service until they charge us in error. And shame on you walmart for not taking responsibilty for the wrong charges and try to make it right. If I've have the problems with this company on several occassions,and tried to have them own up to it.
How many people who do not look at their statements that are signed up with you do not know that you are billing people fruaduelently.
It must be nice for such a big company to screw the little people and not give a dam. Do not offer me more of your crappy serivce and do not charge my credit card again. If a person took your credit card and used it without your permission you can hold them responsible but with such a big company my little bit of money or business doesn't even hurt them and their profit margin. So they do not care.
Again family first company my eye. Take the service and shove it. No thank you for trying to extend my service. I could do with out internet service such as yours and go with a different company that lives up to their agreement. Or go back to the old days when people actually put pen to paper and reach out and touch someone and it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg.
I happy certain people are satisfied with half-a*s service. But I work hard for my money to put food on the table I cannot afford to get scammed.
