Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is the MOST unsecure jop a person can have. The management team is the worst!

They fire people with families and homes. Yet they claim to be a pro family company.

This E-commerce Walmart Distribution Center has the worse employee retention there is.

No one is happy there!

Do not waste your time with this Walmart location. It may appear appealing at first. But soon you will realize its full of land mines for all employees.

The Top managers are all a bunch of WHITE RACIEST. They hire hundreds of minorities for the holiday season and then just days before Christmas they FIRE them like old news. They dont pay any holidays for anyone. Martin Luther, Christmas, Columbus, Independence day etc etc.

This company is a disgrace to AMERICA. We need a union in Pennsylvania so that this company cant treat people the way they do.

Anyone with an education can see that the one posting cannot spell, communicate, or speak objectively. The writer of the article is just another 'victim' using the race card.

The Wal-Mart at the location mentioned caters to non-English speaking employees and the whole format is Latino and Spanish catered. When orders are inaccurate because the worker cannot read or understand English, out comes the race card and outworking of drama that could win an academy award.

Whites and Blacks are the minority at this Wal-Mart. If and when music is played, it's always the 'artists' who make songs with that same latino beat with only the words being different. I seen non-latinos ask for a change of station and they were quickly labeled 'racist' for not wanting the spanish 'music'.

The only point for which I can agree is the assertion that all employees at Wal-Mart are expendable. In this way, there is no discrimination. You work like a machine and produce or bye bye.

The good jobs are first offered to latinos (since they are the majority and connected at the hip). The writer is not being honest; he may be addicted to crack?

For me, it's a Miracle that this Warehouse produces and completes orders (most of the time). With so many non-English speakers, misunderstandings, and lack of intelligent communication, I can only be impressed that a work day can be accomplished.

Save money? Yes.

Live better? No.
