Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased 2 phones at walmart.  Two days later my husband added another phone to the plan, for our 14 year old.

She didn't like the phone, so my husband told her "you just don't get one then" He returned the phone the next day.

The associate did not deactivate the phone!  I went to pay the bill the next month.  The Company still charged me for 3 phones.  I went through the process again trying to cancel the third phone.  the company told me they would credit my bill the next month but I had to pay the full amount or my phone would be turned off.  I paid the full amount.

This month I am again charged for 3 phones.  I return to walmart again.  Now I still have to pay the full amount and e-mail the company to try to get a refund on my own.  They said the phone is active and I probably won't get a refund.  \
What can I do?

I have walmart family mobile myself and I have never experienced any of the problems that most of u are writing about. Anytime that you purchase a cell phone you would want to read the terms and conditions that comes along with it. Because you purchased a starter kit you agreed to the terms and the conditions which should have been read because it is the responsible thing to do. In the terms and conditions it states that anytime that you arent going to be using services it is your responsiblity to call in to have the account(line) cancelled(not the walmart associate)

Instead of going back to the minimum wage folks at Walmart, call the actual billing company/phone company that you have the phones with. Walmart sells phones, they are not the phone company.

Depending on the actual cell phone company, it could be that at Walmart, you/he didn't read what you signed and have a contract for 3 phones.

Call the actual cell phone company.
