I have walmart family mobile myself and I have never experienced any of the problems that most of u are writing about. Anytime that you purchase a cell phone you would want to read the terms and conditions that comes along with it. Because you purchased a starter kit you agreed to the terms and the conditions which should have been read because it is the responsible thing to do. In the terms and conditions it states that anytime that you arent going to be using services it is your responsiblity to call in to have the account(line) cancelled(not the walmart associate)

So what type of high position job you have to be making fun of minimum wage people.

Instead of going back to the minimum wage folks at Walmart, call the actual billing company/phone company that you have the phones with. Walmart sells phones, they are not the phone company.
Depending on the actual cell phone company, it could be that at Walmart, you/he didn't read what you signed and have a contract for 3 phones.
Call the actual cell phone company.
