walmart family mobile charging me for a phone in jan 1 2015 fro a phone i canceled in dec. 2014 internet

I am being charged for a phone i don't have any more.  I cancled  my phone and account with family mobile in dec.2014 I paid that bill in jan. becouse they took it out of my account automaticly. Now i am being charged for jan. 2015.      frank yaeger hopkinsville,kentucky 42240
