I was told specificly that the service was "prepaid", now they say its month to month.  But yet, I was charged for a service that I didn't got!!!

Walmart Family Mobile Powered by T-Mobile (Family Mobile) is in receipt of your correspondence regarding the disputed balance on the account.

Please note that while Family Mobile is a month-to-month service without contract, it is not a prepaid service.  We bill you each month for service provided the previous billing period.  Each billing statement
specifies the billing period for which you are charged, indicating service is not prepaid.

After careful review, we have identified that we did not receive a request to have the account canceled prior to the service being cancelled for non-payment on March 6, 2013.  As the service remained active and available for use until cancellation, we have determined that all charges on the account are valid and no adjustments will be issued. We regret any misunderstandings that occurred.

Your final balance is $79.50, which is past due.  Please submit payment at your earliest convenience to ensure your canceled account is closed in good standing by calling the automated system free of charge at the phone number listed below.  We regret any difficulties you had while in service and are hopeful you will consider Family Mobile as an option in the future.

The reason of this letter is because I open an account back in Dec 2012, I didn't pay for the month of Jan and Feb therefore I didn't have service because you did not provide that service until I make a payment.
Never the less, i was charged $79.50 which I was told to write a letter to your departmet to get credit on it.  I would like to cancel this account since is cancel already and I don't want to be charge extra for having no service.
