Complaint Review: walmart pharmacy in portland maine - Select State/Province

on May 2013, I bought walmart phone and straight talk card. I went back the next day and handed to one of the associates, the phone card and the phone and asked her to exchange the phone to a higher quality one. My friend and I bought the same phone and card. We both stepped out side the walmart parking lot to see to acitvate the phone card, hers went through, mine didnt.....I went back to walmart to have them acitivate the card for me. The Manager at the time, told me he had to watch cameria, to see if i had  bought the card there, he came back after 45 minutes, and said u already took the card that we gave u...I am not denying that, its not working why dont you see the upc number of the card and from the purchase  ...he did and told me that I had stole the card that the last 2 digits number didnt match

 I was mad , and called my American express and they refunded me back the phone card money which was 45.00....3 Days, ago ...I was looking for stuff and found that phone card, it brought me back the anger, and called my American express only to find out that they had paid walmart back thr 50.00....  I was so mad and upset had them re-opened the case

   I called Jeff at walmart and told him the situation, u could not have been helped by the most evil men on earth. I told him , I still have the phone card, and he told me bring the phone card and if its not used we will give u the money....at this point I had returned the phone so the card was invalid and could only be used with walmart phone. I had promised him that i would meet him the next day

  I misplaced the card spend 2 days looking for it. I went anyways to the store to speak with him eye to eye ....I said to him ...that was the lady who sold me the phone and the card, we can ask her to what happened .. She is busy now , but I will talk with her later. ok let me give you my number call me back after u spoke with her....He said why do i need to call u back ...I am not going to call you....at this point all the anger that I had that was bothering me exploded..... I felt so much after ward, he told me to get out...i said I will call police, and police came ...i told what had happened to me.....I told the police ...I still want that 50.00 and i want that money to go to portland for homless shelter...i have called their company hot line and yet to file this with court.....Through out this ordeal- i had left a message to walmart companies , none called me back.....I had never felt so low ...and atleat i let my anger out ...as calm as I can be now.....I think this has to do with My race...i gave my 50.00 and got a none working phone card...when I went back 10 minutes later  was told that i had stolen  the card ...it made me feel so bad, i ended up getting my phone with AT and T.....sad Racists still exists at walmart in portland, maine....u may agree with me or not ....this is my story....and the friend, who bought it with me returned the phone as well, none of us shop at walmart....if he treats me like this ...I wonder how he treats, his associates....
