Walmart Store # 0908 ripoff Orlando Florida
I went to Walmart store 0908 in Orlando Fl to receive a basic oil change. I was told that the techs are certified and experienced in what they do. So I let them provide the service for my car. The next time I was ready for an oil change. I went back to the same store and they told me it would be a two hour wait.
I didnt have time to wait, so I went to a car dealership that had did some work for me before. When they changed my oil, they noticed that the oil plug had not been put in properly. I told the mechanic that noticed it that the last place I had an oil change done was at walmart. I noticed my car had started using oil, in other words, it was draining out because of how that plug had been put in.
This has been two occasions that Walmart has failed me. The first occurence was at a Walmart in Alabama. When their techs changed my oil....they ended up breaking my power steering line. There is exception to this...they made good by repairing the damage to my car, but the only point that I want to make is I will never trust Walmart in doing a simple oil change. If you do then you dont value your automobile very much. They do not care about your car!
