I am sick and tired of going there to buy new products like my remote only to find thier remotes which are suppose to be new have all the numbers worn off. The mini blinds I bought were broken. Yeah I can take it back but that is my time and money wasted.

In the future make sure you keep your reciept and return it asap. We all try to look at everything returned so this does'nt happen there's no excuse why it did but everyone's only humon like yourself we get busy very busy at times and we get impatient customers that think they are the only one to be waited on so they hurry to get them out of the line and on there way. And alot of customers will keep merchandise for 30 or more days and try to return it telling us it was bought like that. Then the ? IS WHY DID YOU NOT RETURN it as soon as you bought it and seen it.
