Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Walmart rips people off!

I have gotten home and found I didn't have items I paid for, and when I called them, they refused to refund my money. This has happened atleast 4 times.

I have experienced the pricing game here as well. They post prices and when you go to have the rung in at the cash, the wrong price comes up and is much more expensive. They refuse to give you the posted price! This has happened many times.

Just after leaving the check out lines, I have been grabbed by personnel, and have had them haul me over, right out in the doorway where everyone can see, and they continued to dump by purchases out on top of the carts and sort through them, then they demanded my receipt.

It was their own fault. They didn't swipe the magnetic strip hidden in a tag on a pair of sunglasses i had just paid for. I was sooo embarrased!! This has happened a lot down there. Many people have complained about this!

I would like to know who you tell them you are going to report them too when they pull this stuff. OOOOOO it makes me mad!

CSMs are your best friends.....

Ever wonder who the people who wear red jackets are? they are CSMs, low level managers who's job is to do things like run and check the price for you and make sure you get your price adjustment (go with them to check, of course) Next time this happens, take the item to customer service, don't call. If you call, you will likly talk top the fitting room or someone who is full of s**t. you have a recipt, you can get refunded. Also make sure to watch what is being rung up, and if it rings up wrong (and you point it out) remind the cashier you get a $3.00 price adjustment or the item free if its less then $3.00(just dont be a d**k about it) If they refuse, ask for a CSM/member of mangement.

Wal-mart Pricing Policy

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Fri, February 10, 2006

I worked for wal-mart for 4 years. The treatment yo described is AGAINST Wal-mart pricing policy. Call 1800-wal-mart and complain to them use the store number and manager name at the bottom of your receipt. you should be sent a 25$ gift card at least. for your troubles (which comes out of the employees pocket at bonus time the more these are reported at that store soon managment will get yelled at by district) Make sure you know which price tag is which a lot of customers will more the yellow price tags around to try to rip the store off and if it cannot be confirmed some managers do not follow policy (i am not defending them just stating it) the upc on your item should match the bottom numbers on the price tag on the shelf. If this happens again ask for a csm or manager to go with you to the item and show the discrepency (some tags are not updated as quick as they should be if they come off of rollback) also the stopping you at the door is so they can also check which cashier is being a slacker (there cashier number is on the reseipt)not to penalize you. I hope this helps you.
