Walmart has horrible online service. The online account I set up for myself is not accessable, the site will not accept the password that I made when I set up the account.

They state that I can reset my passwort, only for me to do so, then to go to your site and get this message:

The e-mail address and password you entered does not match what we have in our records.Please make sure that you have correctly entered the e-mail address and password associated with your account at walmart.com.

Walmart has the most horrible shipping time of any e-commerce site on the internet.

It has never taken more than 6 days for me to receive an order from all other e-commerce sites that I have ordered from over the past ten years. Walmart does not provide any tracking information.

I want information on my order #26774168......

Where is it?

Who is the shipper?

What is the Tracking Number?

When is it expected to arrive?

A very dissatisfied customer,

I will NEVER order from your online site again.

Um, have you tried CALLING Wal-Mart?? Something might have happened to your account. No big deal though..just call them.
