According to our company's policy, you can enjoy our free maintenance service within service time, while you will be charged certain maintenance fee over service time.
Also, you need to pay us shipping fee when we send parcel back after maintenance.
They are what you ordered.
In this case, for avoiding the high shipping cost and complex trouble,we suggest you keep the items and try to donate it to goodwill or Salvation Army or give it to someone else as a gift.
And place other items.

Or u keep the items and our manager has agreed to refund u 35% of ur order amount($40 USD) as a rebate in good faith.
If you still prefer to exchange or return the items, pls make sure that all items must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
