Warehouse Discount Center Appliances Deceptive business practices, Take your cash and promise a order date, but refrigerator on back order, asked for my money back and no check so far Internet
Beware of this company, they are a large Appliance and now plumbing company in Southern Calif. They have showrooms and a large internet site.
I Ordered a Whirlpool Gold Refigartor from them, was told it would have to be ordered from the factory, I had to issue payment before the order would be processed, I wrote a check for 2,234.13 for the reefer and a 4 year warranty. I was promised the unit in 10 days, well that came and went, I contacted a there rep and was now told the unit wouldn't be in for another 21 days, I explained that wasn't the deal I was told from the begining and asked for my money back, phone calls and complaints and I still have yet to get my refund, We are living out of a students refrigartor, this was explained to Jim W. and he didn't care I asked for his boss and was told that he didn't have anyone over him, he told me If i wanted to talk to his boss I might as well go to Church, Some Christian he is....
As of today, no Frig and no money.....
