Warner Healthcare Company ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing and rude Internet
I found this site a little too late. I too have been taken by the company of Warner Healthcare. When I first ordered avlimil the customer service was outstanding, but when the time came for them to anwser my questions and concerns I was on hold for 8 minutes. I did not argue with the representitive because I saw what everyone one else went through. When ask why did I want to cancel, I responded I dont deal with thieves. She then felt the need to get very ignorant(like it was her first time hearing it) and then hung up. I wasnt suprised by her actions. For those who have been robbed by this company please call and cancel your credit card to make sure you dont lose anymore money. You also should file a complaint with your credit card company. Honestly, there is no need to get yourself upset with someone thats trained to hang up the phone on you.
