If customers doesn't like the design, he either bully them over the internet or post false information. I paid deposit for website design told him to change it and yet he didn't. I had to hire other company to get my website done. When i asked for my refund, the statement was "GO TO HELL". Total amount lost is $1500. TODD Herman is big INTERNET BULLY. There are many victims of Todd Herman. My money is dead. Save your business. be careful of signing up with him.

Good day, we acknowledge these messages posted, pertaining to incidents or situations concerned within my company.
In order to get any justification of anyone with losses or feel they have been mistreated in any way, we will need to collect some information in order tot help you in any way that we can, this includes the date and time it happened, all first and last names and emails of the people involved, and what was cited.
The truth is, we have had one complaint in 5 years. We find these claims very hard to believe and not sure why we were not approached when they happened? We often help others with offering industry leading verbal information on SEO and internet marketing at no cost.
We take time with our clients as they aren't the most tech savvy people on the Internet, rather we help them and explain things they do not understand.
The mere fact that there are no names to these compliant nor is there and contact at all leads me to believe these are a fugal attempt to defame our company.
Exact Precisions - Your work was not paid as it was simply unsatisfactory work. Freelancer.com has already judged in out favor and we find it very disturbing and embarrassing that you would bring it here to this website as well after it has been resolved. But good luck to you in the future!

I totally agree with your statement. Plus i am surprised that Ripoff report.com entertain people like him.
It's like bullying victim over the internet.
Ripoffreport.com play with peoples life and its about time people should rise their voice. Write a letter addressing directly to government of both country Canada and USA of threat and victims.
I am so shock plus they destroy our daily life and reputation. Todd of www.premiumwebsite.ca needs to be stopped.
Todd herman knows website well, so he hide his name on Google search with the rest of other Todd Herman (under same name ) using SEO.
The victim has no knowledge of website or SEO. Their life get destroyed. This man is SICK, Unprofessional , and BIGGEST INTERNET BULLY.

I feel bad for you sir/ma'am because I know you did go through situation and really got the short end of the stick. I know because I went through a similar experience with him but I was hired by Todd Herman of canadaseopro.ca (Canada SEO Professional Ltd) to perform some work but was never paid. He made every excuse in the book, called freelancer.com a fraud - when in fact it was him who was the fraud.
I know he made these threats to you because he made the same ones to me. He told me to google my name in a week. I actually did that and found reports made against me and my company, that were false. I also can relate to you in regards to his vulgar attitude when approached with things because he showed the same attitude to me, name calling and the such.
This guy is a real con-artist and people should know about him and his company. He works with another company that is based in Canada too, according to the owner. (Global Website Creations - www.globalwebsitecreations.com) so I would be leery about doing business with them too. I've sent correspondence with this "Dallas" lady who is suppossed to run Global Website Creations and she made no attempt to assist me in my situation but merely backed up her employee.
I'm not in a partnership with a Canada based firm whose owners dad is an international lawyer. So, in my case - I will be in contact with him soon to get my end resolved. Probably not in his best interest but I am not going to allow someone to threaten my company and my name, then all of a sudden there are fake reports flying around the internet. Coincidence ? I think not.
