Warrior Custom Golf rip-off! Head games make returning clubs a nightmare. Irvine California
I have consistently been trying to return my clubs for about a year and a half now. Every time I call in to tell Warrior Custom Golf I don't want their clubs, I get transfered to a sales representative who asks me to hang on to the clubs and test a few more. After, testing several woods, irons, drivers, and putters I call in and say "No More!, I want them all returned and ALL my money back! Don't transfer me to a sales rep."
So Warrior turns my call over to a very rude service rep who tells me he will adjust all these clubs I have been "testing" but there is no way he will refund my money. Apparently they slipped a little one liner in one of the e-mail confirmations (that no one reads) that said the customer was waiving all their rights to the return policy. Funny, the sales rep never bothered to mention that after 3 rounds of trying to return the clubs. BEWARE!
Oh, and don't bother asking to speak to a supervisor. The service rep you get transferred to will tell you he makes all the final decisions and doesn't report to anyone. I have written a letter to the company asking for the return of my money in exchange for all their equipment, even the "free" stuff. I wonder if the service rep opens the mail too?!
