washington blvd motors of arlington Tony manager lied over and over sold a vehicle that they new had issuses cheated me out if my refund arlington virginia
I purchased a bmw 745 on 09/9/2013 before I left they said it was conplete but when the bank called me to askes sone auestions they told me the deal gas nit been finalized.so I called tony thesales manager and tild him what the bank had said his comment was dont worrie its final.I tokd hin I don't want to take a car home knowing it isn't mine.I asked should I bring it vack he said no.so five days had passed and still back and forth with the sales mabager and his lues.twice the car would not start I couldn't get to work.on 09/16/2013 un the morning warning lughts cane on alerting me of fluid loss.I weng to a bmw dealer and payed 45.00 to have pyt it on the lift and tell me what's wrong.I was told it had three severe leakes .with a repair cist of $3000 I rushed to the wbm and told tiny abiut tge problem and alsi ask him was the deal final and once again he lies by telling me it was final.little dI'd he know I talked to the bank that morning and I was told it was not final.tony asked me if I was backing out of the deal I replyed how am I backing out when tge deal was never final.so I ask for my downpayment back he dud not hesitate at all which further let me know it was not approved.he charged me a $295.00 restocking fee abd $200.00 for the miles I shiuld not have payed a restock fee when they never had the deal done.I feel I was lied to and robbed.no one should never by a car from there.I will notifiy the bbb they will be reported.
