WASTE MANAGEMENT did not pick up trash several times. They canceled my account without noticing me after I complained. Atlanta Georgia
Waste Management did not pick up my trash several times. The first time they refunded me after I called them. After that, they would come to pick up the trash at later days after I called them again. Last month, they did not pick up the trash again, and I called them again. Their CSR told me that they would come to pick up next day but they did not.
So, I called them again. They could not find my call record and told me that I never called them. After I complained their service, they canceled my service without noticing me but they cashed my next quarter payment anyway(I paid advance). When I found out my trash can was missed, I called them again, and they told me that I required the cancalation. A BIG LIE.
