I sent my Breitling watch to Watch Repair USA. They determined it must be sent to the Breitling "factory" (?) for repair. Wanted to charge me a middle man fee to forward the watch. I declined, requested my watch be sent back and paid all shipping. I had sent my watch in the original leather inner case that it was in when puchased. I saw no reason to send the large display case. When the watch was returned the case sent back to me was in very poor condition. my case had never been outside the hard outer case since purchase. It was, as I stated in my customer complaint, "in pristine condition". I received a response from Adam Carpentieri basically calling me a liar! I simply wanted this company to admit the poor handling of my case and replace it! This individual is a pompous arrogant a**. My request was/is legitimate. I do have photos of the damaged case.
