Watchband.biz FINALLY contacted me with absolutely no excuse for initial rudeness and flimsy explanation for subsequent unresponsiveness. And now: MY RESPONDING EMAIL to WATCHBAND.BIZ REQUESTING: - a pre-paid shipping label (due to their error - confirmation that due to their own delay, Watchband.biz is waving their 'refund within 14 days from receipt of goods' clause ... REMAINS UNANSWERED. (although it's no surprise, really.) Mr Kares, owner and operator of Watchband.biz, this matter has NOT FIXED ITSELF. If Watchband.biz wants this problem to go away, you're going to have to deal with this fouled up transaction at some point. I do plan to update my Rip-off Report on Watchband.biz periodically.
