three weeks ago I paid for two watches totaling $400.00 dollars my payment was processed through transecute systems. I received notice from transecute sytems that payment was complete. Since that time I have not received my watches or any response from watchez about my order. when I check my order status on watchez own order tracking system it reads under processing. even though one email stated that my order had been processed and would be shipped. when I try to contact transecute to try and get my money refunded to me it becomes clear that they have no link to report fraud. my advise is do not do business with either watchez.com or have credit card payments processed through transecute. they will not help get your money back.

Watchez and Transecute are partners? I guess, complaining seriously with the bank they deal with for cc processing should stop them scamming others. Seems, they deal with a bank called ICICI in India?? Maybe, some information about ICICI and where to complaint on the online scams, will help others to register complaints there.

I am having a frustrating experience with watchez.com too that is starting to seem like a different type of scam. They have sent me a watch - twice - but it is neither is the watch that I originally ordered. They (Andy) offered me the $100 off to buy another watch and still get the originally watch I ordered, and I took the offer, but I sitll did not get the original watch. When I let the "manager" know (Julie), she said I would have to send yet another $40 dolloars to cover the shipping of the original watch. I have refused to do so and have not heard back from them since. This is a terrible scam. I am out several hundred dollars and still do not have my original order. I also recommend avoiding this company.

I finally did receive my watchez. Never got a heads up as to when they were shipped, but non the less they did come. The first watch was a reshipment of the watch which the number one fell off. It does not keep time past 1 hour. The second watch I'm actually happy with. However, this was a very shaky situation and one I have had to put far to much time and effort into. My suggestion is to not do business with WATCHEZ, find some alternative!

I ordered a watch back on 7.10.06. I recieved my watch a month later. I was really excited to sport my new watch, open the package and noticed the number one had fallen off of the face, my girlfriend laughed at me. After leaving the watch out over night, I took a look and the time wasn't even right, replica watch that doesn't keep time, not great but I can deal with it. Numbers falling of, not good quality. I used to live in NY and the replicas I bought off the street were better quality. I was communicating with a guy called Andy, because the initial delivery took so long. So the next day, I emailed Andy and let him know that my watch arrived damaged. His solution? Dear sir , I feel sorry and I request you the following: 1. Keep the watch sent to you. 2. Order one more watch from us at $100 less then our website price. 3. Along with your new order, we will send you your old watch also. Please use our $100 discount coupen as under: $100 discount coupen code: Seems like they are working with me here, eventhough, I have to spend more money with a company who hasn't shown me they can send a watch who's numbers stay on. My stupidity continues. I buy in on 8.2.06. On the 16th I send them an email asking where is my watch. Andy's reply is that the next order goes out on the 20th. On the 23rd I ask again, where is my order, Andy replies it was shipped. On the 23rd, I ask where is my watch, no answer, they have gone dark on me and I haven't heard anything else. You live and learn. The purpose of this email is to have you learn without being out the 300 bucks I am. If there are any changes, I'll be sure to post them.

I recently made a purchase thru Watchez and I received my merchandise on time without having any problems whatsoever......I plan on making future purchases from this company. They did ask for a address conformation which I promptly responded to. I was very pleased with the prompt service. I'm sure there are problems with delivery from time to time but my experience was excellent........EMC in Missouri

Well here it is...... 24 March 2006. I have recieved my order yesterday. It is beautiful!!! It is exactly as pictured on the web page. It is exactly as described to the letter. I am no watch expert but this piece is heavy which hints to some quality in the parts. The attention to detail is without flaw!!! Sorry Jody. I think you are the rip off. Since I last updated I have recieved periodioc updates from Watchez as to my order status. I was even given a tracking number which gave me a "play by play" of every significant shipping event. Finally a courier arrived at my door step. Watchez is a legitimate business and I am satisfied. I believe any problems had must have been an isolated incident and so I will definitely suggest them and I may order again. Thanks for reading.

I have read the rip off reports posted only after I had placed an order with Watchez.com. I became a little concerned when after placing the order I didn't recieve any estimated time frame for shipment. I panicked and immediately searched the internet for complaints which brought me here. After maybe 3 days I recieved an email answer (from watchez.com) to my "when, where and how" question regarding my shipment. All of my questions were addressed. Additionally shortly thereaftter I recieved a "request for address confirmation" from Watchez.Com apparently in attempt to avoid shipping mistakes. This doesn't sound like a company out to rip me off! I will say that the ship date given to me is 3 weeks away and I'd have hoped to have the option to request a more speedy delivery. I have recieved great customer service thus far and I will update to let you know when I've recieved my watch. Also I will have the quality tested. I know it's a replica so I'm not expecting an heirloom but as long as I get what's promised I'll be happy. I promise to keep you posted. Oh yeah, I paid with my Visa Check Card and Watchez Inc. hasn't even taken the money out of my account yet! I would think that if they were a scam they would have immediately processed my payment and called it a day. I believe this too be a legitimate business. Time shall tell!

First of all I am not a replica watch dealer I am a general contractor who builds commercial buildings. All verifiable not like watchez who hides behind fake customer service and non responsive emails. Watchez did not send duplicate orders and as a matter of fact they did not send out my watches until five weeks after being paid five weeks before sending watches. Is it a coincidence that I received a phone call from the owner of watchez only after I reported them on rippoff.com. They do not need to have any one make them look bad, they do a fine job all on thier own. Also they claim to sell swiss replicas which I will verify with my jeweler that the movements are truley swiss. I will report on this fact after I receive my first and only order. Wake up a smell the coffee people my advise is research the company before you send them any money, and if thier is any complaints against them do not do business with them. I will retract this complaint when I recieve my watches and they are verified to be swiss replicas, but as to thier customer service it is deplorable and until they learn that customer service is key to remaining in business I fear that they will go the way of the dodo bird.

Hey... That's not true guys, I am Kevin babajii from Quatra Bornes, Mauritius. I am a kind of regular customer of Watchez. I fully contradict with Jody for the allegations for Watchez, Incidentally for one of my orders ther was a small defect in the leather strap for my Breitleng watch, which I reported to Watchez. Off late I got a reply (though it took 4 days to reply) that due to shipping and handling issues, the strap must have been damaged. These guys, without any questions/obligations gave me a huge 100$ discount coupon. Folks, wake up, nothing is free these days. I have been a regular customer and have bought many watchez, and am more than happy for their products. They're no fake, they openly sale their stuff as Replica, what do you expect anything more. Bonjour' Babajii, Maurice

We had sent the watches to Jody at her respective address and that's not all on her first complaint we sent another shipment of the same orders. We have all the proof that her order has been sent and we also know that she is one of our competitors who are trying to sabotage our business. This is totally unethical to take the cover of a customer and rip a budding business of someone out of jealously. We are sure that such nemesis would not deter our business and should not deter our customers too.
