I ordered the first watch and it was the complete wrong watch. The photo on the site showed one watch and the one I received was not even on the site at all. Anywhere. After asking for a refund I was refused a refund but the contact finally resulted in a deal to spend another 40 bucks and get another watch of my choice. I wanted the watch that I originally ordered so I asked if I order the same watch will I get the incorrect watch again. They contact there said that I should go with something else. That right there indicated that the sales dept. has nothing to do with shipping and this is a RIP-OFF!
Well, to try and re-coop some of what I spent I sent another 40 and gave them the benefit of the doubt. About 3-4 weeks later I receive the second watch. I open the package and this is the cheapest piece of junk I have ever seen.
The clasp was so tight I could not open it with my hands, I needed a small screw-driver to pry it open. I'm sure my wife will love that in her new gift. I unscrewed the crown and low and behold the entire stem that adjusts the time and date pulled out of the watch. This watch was broken. Now let me say, I have many watches, some of good quality and some of not so great quality, I have only seen watches this cheap since now. I am very familiar with how the screw down crown works and have other watches that have the same mechanism that are still in perfect working order. I have asked for a full refund for both watches but highly doubt they will do anything.
I for sure will not give them any more money. Buyer beware I guess but really this site needs to be shut down. After doing some more research it appears they are in India.
