This is a fully functioning, completely authentic, international business. They have serviced me throughout my worldwide travels and have sent me watches within a few short days’ notice, as looks are integral in my line of business. However, it is also imperative that I receive the lowest cost possible for the highest quality AUTHENTIC products. Watchmaxx truly delivered on all fronts, and for that I cannot be more grateful. I understand that at times I may be a difficult consumer, but there customer service and consumer accommodations have truly left me amazed!! Therefore, I was equally shocked and surprised when I came across this report, and felt that I MUST refute these bogus claims. Being an incredibly discerning consumer, it is with grate certainty that I declare the above report completely FALSE!!

I was in New York City and drop by their New York location and it is a mail forwarding service.

If it's a legitimate company why is it doing so much steps to hide itself?
Customer dont mind if it was a home address, a lot of eBay seller are home based businesses.
Why did I do so much research on this company, because I was look to spend around $6,000 on a watch.
I/myself will stay away from this website, I hope this will help others.

To Whom it may concern: I'm a former WatchMaxx.com employee and even though I no longer work there do to paying differences one thing I can say is that all watches sold on WatchMaxx.com are 100% authentic and brand new.
