This place just brings in hundreds of people per week in the name of "growing" their pyramid scheme or multi level marketing firm in order for them to get all the money they can possibly get. New recruits do not last very long and if they happen to make sales they do not get paid a single dime if they realize this is not for them within the first few weeks.
Pay stubs are "every 3 weeks" and in the end pay is always much less as they have an excuse as to why you get paid less. I have witnessed others work months at a time only to get a mere pay check well below the legal minimum wage limit on top of that this firm forces them to work 40-60 hours a week as if they were actual employees which is totally contradictoary to their independant contracter paper work you sign when you are hired such as running/attending meetings and conducting interviews.
Upon myself quitting and others who quit they were not paid several hundred dollars of what were owed despite multiple attempts of reaching out to discuss wages that were being owed. in essence these people steal the money that is made by others and their time which is a completly dishonest and unethical company and ignore your efforts of any money being owed.
They essentially do not care if you have a life outside of work as they will guilt trip you into being not dedicated or serious which in turn is manipulative for the fact that they dont even pay you a single dime out of their own pockets to have a steady income. All in all this company/organization needs to drop the independant contracter act and be an actualy legitamate paying company or shut down due to abusing legal loop holes that channel money into their bank accounts.

This report does not reflect the operating procedures and policies of the company at which the review is targeted. Wave offers no self-employed, 1099, or independent contractor sales positions. We can provide documents as proof of current employment practices. Our employees are all paid a base wage with a minimum of $9/hour worked. The terms "pyramid scheme" and "multi - level marketing " suggest that we charge individuals to buy into our company which is also a false statement. No person has ever been charged money or asked for a financial investment of any kind to work with Wave. Furthermore, we do not have any documented instances of failure to pay wages owed with the Texas Workforce Commission or any other legal entity. Please remove this posting as the claims in it are unsubstantiated and the poster seems to be unclear as to which, if any, company they are lodging this complaint against.
