Tried to purchase a Canon sd200 refurb from these guys, only to find that once the order was placed I had to call to confirm.

Upon calling their 800 #, I was greeted by a quick "order #?!" when I had finished telling the guy the #, he tried to tell me that they are not at all responsible for the condition of the refurbished items and that if it doesn't work I can't return it. He then tried to sell me a "new" canon sd200 for $50 more than what the refurb was advertised for (I doubt there are any new canon sd200's left since the camera is over 1 1/2 years old).

When I said no I want the refurb that I ordered, and demanded to know the actual return policy, he finally told me I could return it within 2 days if defective. Then he proceeded to try to sell me a 128mb SD card for $59.99. When I said no that is too expensive, he tried to sell me a 256mb SD card for $79.99. Of course I said no to that as well, and he just hung up.

I figured that I had just lost connection, so I didn't bother calling back, waited the standard 7 days and called back. When I did, the guy said my order had been canceled. No call to let me know, no confirmation that my card had not been charged, nothing. Not to mention that as soon as he told me he hung up.

These guys are a rip off and a half, and are a prime example of how a bait and switch business is run. Don't order from them, unless you want to pay for your ignorance.
