WCP AKA "IMS" ripoff crap mail I dislike that people try to be manipulative like this Bakersfield California
Just a note that "WCP" also goes by "IMS" as an identical mail just came to me from the same address. Thanks to this website and previous people taking time to write, I've avoided calling. I dislike that people try to be manipulative like this and having the card come to my home makes me feel a bit violated by those with whom I have entrusted my address.
