I purchased a 2002 Ford Focus on March 4, 2009. The care looked clean and ran good. They said it was owned by "a little old lady who took care of it". (Not that I haven't heard that before. It did look nice.

They requested a references 3 times. I did not receive a payment book from the financing company BHFC located at 3320 W. Cheryl Dr. - B120, Phoenix, AZ 85051

until over a month later. There was a problem waiting for a paycheck to clear the bank which delayed my first payment. But on 5-13-09 I made the payment along with my second payment which was due on 5-20-09.

I didn't receive tags on the car and had to request an extention until they arrived. I did receive them 4 days before the extention ran out.

Also the brakes started "grinding" within 2-3 weeks of getting the car. I took it to their mechanic and they fixed it for free. It's fine but I do still hear a slight rotational thumping sound when I'm at about 50-55 mph. The rear passenger window has fallen down in the down inside the door. I have pulled it up and taped it with strapping tape. The power window switch for that window has quit.

Now the right passenger window is making a "rough gliding" sound as it goes up and down. (I expect it to go out soon)

I called Mark who is the financial manager. I told him I felt as thought they got parts from a junk yard and put them on the car to give it a good impression. He said "yep, that's exactly what we did". I said thanks and hung up. (I am so disgusted with them).

Now some of the warning lights on the dash have come on. They have gone back off except the "catalytic converter" light stays on continuously. When I start the car it revs up more than it should but settles down once driving.

I don't think all of these things should be going wrong. I think their attitude is horrible. I am single, 60 years old and make only enough to pay my bills. Even the additional car payment makes it more of a struggle. I went to them because I did not have a lot of funding to purchase a car and needed the best car for the money. I can't afford maintenance at this rate.

Just don't want others to be coned like I was. I am so very sorry I purchased this car from W.D. Car Company. Their attitude was wonderful before the purchase; I even took my 80 year old mother with me and she loved them. But it sure changes after signing on the dotted line.
