I purchased a Megahome Easy Still from this company, it is supposed distill essential oils, alcohol and water. I paid $198.00 with shipping. I filled it with water, ran it for 12 hours obtained 2 inches of water. I called to ensure I was using it properly and if the machine was operating properly. I was told it was working and to try it again, all the while the man is constantly stating all sales are final. I tried it again, ran it for two days obtained 1 cup of water. I called again letting him know it did not work properly and since all sales were final as he will let you know is stated on the website, that I wanted to exchange it for something that would make at least a gallon of water a day. He would not exchange as the machine does what it states it will do and they did not say how long it would take it. He was rude, argumentative and obiviously did not care about the customer, was only concerned about keeping the money! The machine apprantly does not work properly or is a poor design. Do not buy from this company! Buyer beware, they sell junk, the name on the machine by the way is not MegaHome, which I have read good review on, but American Water Distiller.
