Dear Rip-Off Report,

Thank you for allowing others to post their concerns about Wealth Systems, Inc. This has inspired me to pursue action against the company.

They say you can make money three ways within a few weeks.

1) Every time someone signs up under you.

2) When someone buys an e-book from your own e-bookstore

3) Make 17% commission off profits from Fortune 500 weblinks

Since September, 2004, I have invested $9,737.00, and I have not seen any results. My weblinks to online shopping have never worked, I have only received hits to my website that I personally advertised to get (under 400 I was promised over 50,000). I have spoken with someone at least twice a week since September 2004, and they always say it will be another week - one more week - call us on Monday. Now it is January 30, 2005, and my E-property and the other Wealth Systems Websites are not functioning at all. My coaches, and people I talk to always end up leaving the company.

I want to see the checks that I was promised by:

Randi Joy Ward

Carl Morris

Mike Wendland

Martin Wilson

and

Jeremiah Lance.

Actually, I would be happy just to get my money back.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM SO FAR - I WOULD GLADLY PAY FOR ADVERTISING TO WARN AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

I would also entertain any options for lawsuits, and since I am a paralegal, I will be contacting several attorneys this week.

February 16, 2005. I have watched as my web stats have done nothing and I have been calling every 10 minutes to reach either of the phone numbers I was provided. NO ONE RETURNS my calls. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Please give me my money back. I don't want to be a millionaire with your scheme. I just want my money back please. PLEASE!!! I will retract everything I've said, if you just give me my money back. Sincerely, Timothy (I have over $110,000 in student loan debt and was hoping this would be a legitimate way to pay off my debt.) If anything, please call me back.

Ad Coach on Vacation for a couple of months

January 31, 2005 NO RESULTS YET!!! I was contacted by Mike Wendland from Guaranteed Ranks (the advertising agency for Wealth Systems) back in December and he convinced me to purchase an e-property to get better results. ($2000 plus $9 s&h) he said that we would be in contact with each other every week for the next 2 years. HE HASN'T BEEN THERE SINCE and I was just told that he would be on vacation for the next couple of months. Same thing happened with CARL MORRIS in October (another ad coach). He convinced me that my own advertising strategies would pale in comparison to those of Guaranteed Ranks web advertising, and that I should purchase Package 5 (it cost me $7500). Never heard from him again. In fact Mike told me he would be replacing CARL MORRIS because he had better experience. I call twice a week and my ad coaches are never there!!!! While I'm writing this, Adrian contacted me from Wealth Systems (another ad coach). Says Mike's been on a long vacation and will continue to be on one. (Wow, my money must have gone a long way for something)!!! He's offering me a program to give me 100,000 visitors to my website. I have a certificate that says I will get 50,000 guaranteed visitors within a year. He says I should upgrade to 100,000 visitors. That costs $3000. He wants another $1500 dollars for the other 50,000 visitors. A new thing is that they are offering an online casino. He will include it for no additional cost (normally $995). "I've already sunk $10,000 into this." Now he just wants $750 to get the 50,000 visitors. "I want to see results before I pay anymore money." Tim - "Are these visitors Unique Visitors, not just hits?" Adrian - "Yes." Well that was unfruitful. He just wanted more money.
