Web Detective Or RazorEye Company changed trial membership to monthly charge. No refunds. None Given Internet
I signed up for a 3 day trial membership. That was charged and now I am being charged for a monthly recurring fee. I followed cancellation procedures. They cancelled the trial, but do not acknowlege a permanent cancellation. There is no contact information. You are referred to their support site which allows no questions, feedback or contact information. The support site accusses you of fraud for even inquiring about a refund. The company is deceptive and did not deliver the services promissed. It permitted five record checks per day, but delivered two.
