I recently transferred two websites to Web Host Giant, and quickly started seeing problems: slow uploads, sites down for extended periods, lousy customer service, rude representative (read: the owner).
WebHostGiant purports to be a GIANT company, but as it turns out is a kid with a server and an attitude,
sitting in a small apartment in Vista, CA. I asked for help and got this reply:
"Account closed and refunded. No one here will waste time explaining the issue to a rude jerk like you that thinks his 'big dollar' hosting payment justifies being a little baby in mommies basement. Bye bye."

No, he did NOT refund my money. I asked my bank to do a chargeback.
Stay away from this amateur and his lame company.
