I placed an ad on oDesk that I am looking for an experienced company or an induvidual who could help creating the PDF forms generated based on HTML customer forms (what customer enters on a webpage it will later be generated in special PDF form). In the ad I listed that this is an urgent task, and if you can not do it within a week or max 10 days please do not waste my time and do not contact me. I also listed that I need provider to have at least 500 hours of experience and at least 4 out of 5 stars rating. It did not take long to find somebody who supposedly looks as a good, qualified provider. I was contacted by Harsimran Saini with WebInnovatorz. I sent him instructions of what I need, he understood them and had no further questions about it. This guy seemed as he had an excessive sugar in his mouth with promising the things. So we agreed to $216.00 deposit and the remaining amount to be sent when finished. So here we go: once he got the monies he just disappeared. Then I disputed the charge like 12 days later, so he came back showing me something was done (while in fact it was nothing just copies of site with tons of errors). He began begging me to cancel the dispute, he will do everything he can and that I will have the product shortly. I agreed to cancel it once the product is in delivery stage. Now he shows me some other forms with no errors but still does not generate anything it has to. So I was told the product will be completed in 2 days, they had to update some sort of software so it could open up the PDF files with no errors at all. I felt confident with this guy's lies, so I asked him to promise me that I wont need to dispute the charges again. He was again so nice and in fact I was fooled. Once he got his monies back from PayPal he just disappeared. He is online on skype but refuses to talk unless I call him nonstop, he says he is online but "working". Calling to his cellphone - no answer. Its now been around 40 days, and I have no product and this crook is still hiding.
I recommend for anybody who gets lured by this crook Harsimran Saini to run away as fast as possible.
