I too was Exploited by this so call promises to get your website in the top on all search engines. I lost $1750.00 and will never see it again. I have contacted them by phone and email. They did resond to my email one time, just to let me know that they did every thing. That was all !!! because the results I got coming in from my site is 0 nothing.

I get so upset with myself to know that I left those high power, sweet talking salesman bombard me on the phone. They are very smooth, so watch out.

Buyer please beware and stay away from this so call marketing source.The only thing they can market is getting in your wallet. We are better off just pluging away at our dream, which is our own website, and have that money in our pocket not in there pocket.

Why dont Web Marketing Source do the right thing, refund the money you got on false promises and my hopes.

The role I play is trying to help you. I have been in this business for nearly a decade and have worked in nearly every department there is including sales, customer service, development, marketing and collections. I am very familiar with the information and knowledge our representatives call and give you. Yes, they are trying to sell you our service, but who says you have so sign up before you do your homework (price compare and search online, we get great results for a good value to you)? Our reps spend a lot of time showing you why you aren't getting results and what we can do to improve your current strategy. All the information we provide is verified and available to see first hand online through live examples, which we also show you. The time it can take to see individual results does vary depending on several factors that are mostly in control by you. If there is one thing I know about online marketing it isn't cheap to get immediate results. The package you signed up under is one of our mid level packages and is not the most aggressive. If you had taken the time to compare our prices with other firms you would have seen that many of them charge $5000-$10000 for the same basic services we charged half as much to perform. We cannot control your marketing budget. All we can do is inform you what we recommend and how long you can expect before you notice results. I think we did a great job of both. I know it has been 4 months, and that may seem like a long time to you. I have personally owned sites that have taken years to perform in search engines, so trust me 4 months is nothing. I propose you allow us to continue working on your site free of charge (we'll waive your monthly payment for another 3 months) to see if it's just a time thing. If that does not work we can talk about applying the amount you have spent with us towards a custom website that will perform (it would cost you no more than you have spent already, meaning you would only have to continue paying monthly fees and no additional setup fee is required). Nothing to loose, a ton to gain. As I said above, contact us so we can see what we can do to resolve this matter. We are sorry to hear about your family health issues and do not want anything other than to see you successful.

I dont know the role you have with this company, but maybe you should spend time in sales dept. You talked about research before you commit. Well, I would like to know if you are just minding your own business and out of the blue you get this phone call. The person continues to tell you how they have look at your source code and tells you they have a program that can draw traffic to your website. So, I did not go looking for you , you found me. You must be the eighth person that has something to say. I contacted your company and talk to many different people. I left them know that after four plus months NO results. I am still getting the same results before your so call new way of getting traffic as I have gotten during your progam. I worked hard for my $1750.00 and I got a wife that is on Kidney Dialysas three days a week. The reason I fell for your good sales pitch was because I had great hopes that I would get enough of business to get back my money plus. I have been involed with be a small business for over 35 years and there times when you can get sucker into and make bad judgement. I have told your company that I want all or some of my money refunded. I dont need to talk to your high pressure tatics. Your company does not resovle issue you just try to sell more products. Yea give me a credit for a more expensive package, I don't think so. Get me once shame on me but get me twice I don't think so. Very unhappy client

I am terribly sorry you feel like that about our company and the employees who do such a wonderful job of spreading the word about our services to individuals who may or may not need our help. We assume you will be able to properly research and make your own professional decisions when it comes to the companies you hire to provide services for you (it's highly unlikely that someone made you sign up). You need a service we provide, you got a great price for the services you purchased and we have provided those services. The amount of time it takes to notice results can vary, depending on what you sell and how much you charge, including the platform you are selling on (all things we cannot control). I believe we do an excellent job of explaining this to our clients and I apologize if that was not clearly relayed to you (it is clear in the agreement you signed). Please do not feel you have wasted your money. If you can possibly call in or contact us using the form on our website we can discuss a resolution to your issues and how to proceed once that's done. If we know what the issue is we can better help to find a solution to it. Please contact the technical department rather than the sales department as they are less likely to be available to answer technical related questions. Keep in mind, you always have a credit for the amount you have spend and that can be applied towards services or packages on any other sites you own in the future.
