I worked for this company, but stopped after several weeks of being promised a check...nothing ever came. Richard (billing guy) is full of sh*t.
I still receive calls on my cell from customers who were interested in WebXs services, who claim they haven't received what they paid for either.
As a "sub contractor" I'm not sure there is too much that I can do as far as getting paid. But I CAN advise everyone not to do business with this company! (Everything they offer can be done by a pre schooler)

What this company is doing is illegal in many ways. I own a large SEM agency in the Portland Metro Area. I would call BOLI. http://www.oregon.gov/BOLI/WHD/W_Whhowinf.shtml 971-673-0761.
It is illegal for this company to 1099. The reason he try's to 1099 so so that he is avoiding paying any State and Federal taxes. Along with workers comp and other insurances that is required.
At a minimum webxposure.biz is required to pay you the Oregon minimum wage for hours worked.
I'd also turn them in for workman's comp insurance and to the tax and wage division. The State of Oregon and the IRS (feds) will get involved and I'll tell you this...they wont let up and he'll be fined and forced into compliance.

CitySlyce is another company run by this guy. I suggest not giving either business ANY of your info. Instead use a trusted company such as groupon or tippr.
