Webchex International, Equity First Savings, EFS Loan This is a scam! They prey upon desperate people in need of cash, loan Las Vegas Nevada
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They prey upon innocent people who are in need of cash/loan. They go by various names: WebChex International, Equity First Savings, Pay888, pAY77, EFS Loan, Cash-In-one-Hour, and probably many other names.
There application looks very official and they require all your personal information. They want you to pay a fee, my fee was $124. 90, to "process" your information and they withdraw this from your account electronically. They test your account with a 01. penny deposit to see if your account is legit before they withdraw the funds.
You never hear from them as to when they will do this and you never here from them afterwards. YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, PERIOD !!! According to "my account" through them, my status for the cash/loan is still pending and I have written to them, called them, e-mailed them and have not received any response.
When you try to call them your calls will be re-routed to an automated response system and your e-mails will never go through or you will never receive a response to your e-mails.
THIS IS A FRAUD!!!

Webchex International is the administrator and handles all customer service for equityfirstsavings.com. Webchex International is not in any way affiliated with Pay888, pAY77, or Cash-In-one-Hour To reach customer service for Webchex International, customers can login to their account at www.webchex.org, also LiveChat is available to customers through consumerbill.com where customers can keep record of all correspondence. Webchex International does not have a live call center for record keeping purposes. Each customer receives an e-mail with their account login information along with the details of Equity First Savings program (which is also listed at equityfirstsavings.com where the application is found). Equity First Savings does not offer a cash out loan, which is stated in the terms and conditions, and on the first page of the application. "*Webchex International requires you must be 18 yrs. old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (excluding Wisconsin), must have verifiable address and social security number. Secured Installment Loans are not cash loans to the applicant."
